The resort combines a relaxed ambience with Sonoran Desert decor. It's just two miles from Old Town Scottsdale's shopping and dining. Nightlife, art galleries, and world-class golf courses are within a 10-minute drive.

Registration

Registration for the 2024 Fall Workshop is available online. The workshop is in-person, but still offers a virtual component in order to include as many EUCG members as possible.

For the 2024 Fall Workshop, an initial registration fee of $1,400.00 will be paid on a per company/per committee basis. That fee includes an in-person attendee registration, and unlimited virtual attendees from your company to enjoy that specific EUCG committees' program. Once your company has paid the committee workshop registration fee, any individual at your company may register and participate at no additional fee in the committee sessions virtually. Additional in-person attendees will pay a fee of $1,000.00.

We are excited that we're able to host these hybrid workshops, which continue to bring the best of both worlds and maximize participation.

The in-person registration includes breakfast, lunch, and breaks for the duration of the event, the Welcome Reception on Sunday, September 15th, and the Monday Evening Networking Event.

EUCG 2024 Fall Workshop Charitable Donation - Sonoran Science Academy

For the 2023 Fall Workshop, the EUCG Board of Directors decided they would love for EUCG to start giving back to the communities where we hold our workshops in the form of a donation from our organization. After much thought and consideration, we thought it would be wonderful to support a local STEM program since the pursuit of science, technology, and engineering is at the very core of the energy industry. Our membership was thrilled with this idea, and we have continued this tradition since.

For those unfamiliar, STEM programs are educational programs developed to prepare primary and secondary students for college, graduate study, and careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). STEM programs aim to foster inquiring minds, logical reasoning, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.

For the 2024 Fall Workshop, EUCG will donate to the Sonoran Science Academy.

They are a free, public charter K-12 school created twenty years ago, "to prepare students for success in the high tech community of the new millennium". The founding members recognized that students in the United States were lagging behind their peers from other countries and that schools offering a rigorous, skill-level curriculum that focused on science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) would provide the foundation to graduate independent thinkers, capable of innovation and prepared to take leadership roles. Their shared belief was that excelling in math and science would prepare America’s next generation to achieve success in college and career in the 21st century.

They have a multicultural staff and student body, and partner with nonprofits and clubs nearby to provide valuable information to the families in our school community. They host family events such as multicultural potluck meals, friendship picnics, festivals, fairs, and fundraisers. They participate in statewide science, math, and technology competitions, emphasizing skill-level education with individualized instruction. They have a 100% college acceptance rate.
